Chihuly Exhibit
This won't be the most coherent explanation ever, as I can't remember the name of the museum at which we saw this particular Chihuly glass exhibit. I think it was the Museum of Modern Art in Tacoma, Washington, in December 2002. This particular design was meant to represent a garden, with the sun and moon (the sun being the giant yellow spiky ball of glass and the moon being a tall, blue-and-white column that may not appear in any of these photos). Fortunately, photography was allowed so long as no flash was used; however, the museum guards were watching my husband a bit warily as he lay on his back trying to get some of his shots!
